Why haven’t I received any purchase confirmation code?

It’s the code that uniquely identifies your purchase. It is displayed on your app screen on a successful purchase and also sent to you as a text message (SMS) and is also available within 'My Purchases' section under the hamburger menu in the app.

You can report customer service in case you don't receive the confirmation either on app or SMS by pressing on Request Callback within 'Help' section in hamburger menu.
