Why are my points missing / more / less?


If your Wallet point balance on the app changes unnaturally, try doing the following:

  • Sign out & sign in again & refresh the wallet tab on the app
  • Turn off your phone & restart it
  • Try checking your app after a few hours

If your points are still missing/more/less, then contact us with a screenshot of your point balance & we shall look into it.
