Why have I not received points after inviting my friend using the code?

When you invite your friend using your Invite Code, your friend needs to sign up on the OCharge app & enter that code on their Sign up screen for both of you to earn 200 points.

If you have not received the points, it is possible that your friend has:

  • either not signed up still
  • has signed up but not entered the invite code in the correct place
  • Has entered the wrong Invite code.

If they have done all of the above and you still don’t have your points, please report to us & we shall sort you out!
